If this is your first visit to the AMRA Member's Area then you probably don't have a password defined that will give you access. If you have provided an email address to the Membership Registrar then you will be able to use your membership number and that email address to request a password that will give you access to the Member's Area. Simply enter your details in the form on the right hand side of the login page. Provided that the member number and email address that you enter match information in the system a new password will be created for you and emailed to that address. You can then use your member number and that password to access the Member's Area.
Once you have access to the Member's Area you can then use the Change Password option to change your password to whatever you want (subject to length restrictions).
If you have not advised the Membership Registrar or Webmaster of your email address then you will need to do in order to be able to access the Member's Area.
Note that updates to membership details supplied to the Membership Registrar are not instantly applied in the member's Area. New members and those supplying an email address for the first time may need to wait until their details are loaded to the site. Membership updates to the site will be applied at least monthly and may be applied more frequently depending on the volume of updates to be applied.
Note: If you request a password and do not receive the email containing the new password then there are two possibilities.
If you are using a free webmail option such as Hotmail or Yahoo then this latter option is the most likely cause as the spam filters on those sites are set to treat any email coming from an automated process such as the password reset option as spam. In this case you will probably be able to find the email in your JUNK mail folder.
Also please note that passwords are stored in the database using a one way encryption. The only way to tell what password has been set is by viewing the email that is sent out when a new password is requested. The webmaster can tell if you have set a password by looking at the database but can not tell what it is set to.
